Prajna introduces itself as your business's digital assistant. Most callers simply carry on, because it is quick and polite. Anyone who asks for a person is transferred to you or your staff straight away, with a one line note on what they need.
No. You turn on call forwarding from your existing mobile or landline, either for every call or only when you are busy or do not pick up. Customers keep dialling the number they already know.
Prajna is trained on Gulf phone audio: Emirati, Levantine and Egyptian Arabic, English, Arabizi, background traffic and patchy networks. When it is unsure of a name or a number, it asks again, the way a good receptionist would.
On servers in the UAE. Recordings and transcripts are yours, visible only to you and the staff you allow, and deleted on your request. We never use one business's customers for another.
Reminders and follow ups to your own customers are service calls. Promotional calls are only placed to people who have opted in, as UAE rules require, and every one of them can opt out in a single word.
Turn off call forwarding and tell us. There is no lock in on Dukkan or Tijara, and we hand over your call history as a spreadsheet.
